The Causes of Corruption and Its Effects to the Company
First and foremost, expansion of market is the main cause of corruption to occur in a company. Most companies participate in corruption to assist themselves in their market expansion strategies. By bribing a few officials, they are able to establish operations and achieve their goals. If not for these bribes, those companies would not have received the necessary permits to set up operations. As for example, an official has the authority to allocate a commodity at a price below the market equilibrium level. Then rent seeking may occur and the official may be able to accept bribes which cause corruption to take place.
Besides that, profit maximization is also one of the causes of corruption. By selecting those countries with potentially a large expanding market with very little competition, some of the companies choose to bribe officials to enter these markets and reach their profit targets.
The effects of corruption to the company are felt in monetary terms from a business point of view as well as in social and political costs. In monetary costs, it effects the economic development and economic growth which shown to worsen poverty. Inefficient of world economy and serious obstacle for investment are also the effects of corruption. Last but not least, reduction in tax revenues and affected in price and quality of finished goods will also show the bad effects of corruption.
In a nutshell, corruption is a worlwide phenomenon with no end in sight. Specific steps should be taken by the company in order to curb corruption such as anti-corruption regulation, penalties, better salary structure, and employee training.

compare and contrast MPV and 4WD- sarah zulkefli and nur zulaikha adiba bt hasri
There are various types of cars nowadays. It can be categorized into brands, types, size and others. Four-wheeled drive vehicle and multi-purpose vehicle is one of the types. They can be differentiating through social classes, appearances, function and price.
The first four-wheeled drive vehicle was designed by Ferdinand Porsche and this type of vehicle is very popular among those who love adventure. Four-wheeled drive vehicle received torque from the engine simultaneously. Thus, it provides better control than normal road cars on many surfaces and is an important part in the sport of rallying. A four-wheeled drive vehicle can be used in low traction situations where the wheels have the ability to slip as needed. Some people thought that four-wheeled drive vehicle is too large. The fact is, four-wheeled drive vehicle is taller and can fit 5 passengers like sedan. Normally, those who drive four-wheeled drive vehicle for the first time will notice the difference between four-wheeled drive vehicle and sedan because of its height. Four-wheeled drive vehicle has bigger size of tyres and usually has a specific place for a spare tyre. A four-wheeled drive vehicle can be sold from RM72 540 and can exceed to RM 200 000.
Those who have children mostly own a multi-purpose vehicle (MPV). Multi-purpose vehicle larger than sedan and has about the same height as four-wheeled drive vehicle. It usually features three seat rows with two or three seat each. The seats are designed to be relocated, removed or folded completely under floor which allowing variable seating capacity and cargo room. Thus, it will provide more space and can fit more things in it. Since the multi-purpose vehicle normally used by those who have family, it is suitable for travelling and carry six up to eight passengers in it. A multi-purpose vehicle is about RM72 750 and can exceed to RM180 000.
To end with this statement, it is obviously stated that both four-wheeled drive vehicle and multi-purpose vehicle are two different type of vehicle that has its own pros and cons from its social classes to the price.

Compare and contrast between radio and Mp4
Recently, most people use Mp4 as their entertainment devices compared to radio. It has many differences between Mp4 and radio. Radio can refer to either the electronic appliance that we listen with or the content listened to while Mp4 is the official file extension of the multimedia container format MPEG-4 part 14, which is combine the digital audio and digital video. Mp4 is short for Moving Picture Expert Group-4. It appeared for the first time in 1998. The purpose of this essay is to compare and contrast the differences between Mp4 and radio. The three main differences are function, cost and portability.
The most remarkable difference between these two devices is their function. People only can listen to music which is on air by radio. Radio cannot save or store music such as Mp3 because it does not have any memory or storage. But, we can record sound using tape via radio. While, Mp4 actually contain multiple audio, video and subtitle streams as they are container formats and not simple file formats. Besides that, Mp4 have storage or memory card attached to it and we can store all types of file format such as audio, video or picture.
Comparing both types of devices, we notice another difference. The cost between both devise are extremely different. Radio is obviously cheaper and affordable than Mp4. It costs only about RM10 to RM 100. In contrast, Mp4 is too expensive compared to radio as it costs RM 100 and above. Only a few people can afford to buy it. In addition, it costs more to have repaired once it is broken. At first, most people have a radio. But, when the technology developed, the popularity of radio has decrease because of the present of Mp4 as people try to own it although it was pricey.
Another difference between these two devices is their portability. Radio is bigger than MP4. Because of this factor, radio is hard to bring anywhere we want as some of the radio used plug. But there is also radio in small size that used battery. Hence, the portability of radio depends on its sources and size. Mp4 is too small compared to radio. Furthermore, it needs battery charging always with it, but radio does not. Therefore, it is extremely portable than radio since we can simply put it in our pocket.
Here are the three main differences between radio and Mp4. It does not matter which devices that you own because both radio and Mp4 have their own functions and advantages. The most important thing is as long as you enjoy using the device.

fast food
There is no introduction needed to describe fast food. McDonald’s, Burger King and Carl’s Jr. are examples of fast food. Time waits for no men and in a blink of eyes, fast food was invented. People do not have to wait for so long to have the food and it is affordable. So, the main curiosity is why people back then can survive without fast food while people nowadays cannot?
The life before fast food was invented was a life that full of healthy food. People back then prefer to eat vegetables and fruits that were planted at the back of their home. The life that time was full of joy as they united as a family to produce a meal together. Therefore, they live longer and can enjoy their life better.
As can be seen, after the invention of fast food, people started to forget about healthy food. They rather spend their money on fast food as long as they do not have to cook and the fast food is saving their precious time too.
In the nutshell, different perspective can give different conclusions about fast food. It is up to us to think about the pros and cons of fast food.

How To Keep From Fighting With Your Parents?
How To Keep From Fighting with Your Parents
Sometimes your mom and dad can be really frustrating, unfair or even humiliating, which may make you more likely to argue with them. How can you keep your temper in check and prevent fights with your parents when they're are getting on your nerves? Read on for some helpful tips.
1. Slow down and think.
Taking things a bit slower lets you recognize and sort through your feelings as they happen. If you can recognize that you're feeling annoyed or angry, you may be better able to keep yourself from taking it out on Mom or Dad.
2. Count to 10.
This is another method for getting yourself to slow down and think about how you feel before you act. Take a deep breath, count slowly, then ask yourself how you feel and why. You may realize that it's not the best time to criticize your Dad's opinion, for example, and help yourself out by picking a better time to discuss your point of view with him.
3. Think of a way that your parents have helped or pleased you.
Everyone acts like a monster sometimes and an angel at others. Try to remember a time when your parents were being as wonderful as ever to balance out the negative feeling you're having about them at the moment.
4. Remind yourself that fighting usually doesn't solve problems.
You may not be feeling particularly rational, but try to use your head: Will picking a fight help resolve the situation at hand, or is there perhaps a better way? How can you address the issue calmly and with a clear head?
5. Don't be so hard on yourself.
So your dad's angry about your grades or your mom doesn't like your boyfriend or girlfriend. They're entitled to their opinions, but their opinions don't make you a bad person. You're allowed to have your own opinions, too. Use them wisely.
6. Consider what else is going on in your parents' lives.
Does your dad have the flu? Is your mom overworked? If they're behaving badly, it's no excuse, but it does give you some insight into why they might be more difficult than usual to get along with at the moment. Try to cut 'em some slack.
7. Consider what else is going on in your own life.
Are you not feeling well or reeling from a fight with a friend? Cut yourself some slack, too. Don't let your feelings about other events and people color how you treat your family members -- or anyone else, for that matter. You'd probably hate it if they did that to you, right?
8. Politely remind others that you need a little space.
If you can, calmly let your parents know you're feeling frustrated or moody and that it might be best for them to bring up touchy issues at another time. If they're not cooperating, try to set a time and place to talk later, when you're in a better mood.
Help! My Parents Don't Get Me!
My parents drive me crazy! They don't "get" me. It's like we're opposites. I try to talk to them, but they don't want to hear it. If something bad happens to me, I bet they wouldn't care. All I want is for them to understand me and be there for me, but they always want to make decisions for me without talking about it first. It's so frustrating!
It's so, so normal as a teen to feel like you have nothing in common with your parents, like they're trying to steer you in a direction that you don't want to go. But what can you do about it? You can't change the way they feel, and you certainly don't want to change your own personality.
You'll eventually get to a point where you and your parents can coexist with love and understanding...but probably not till you're older. Until then, here's the best you can do:
1. Learn to share your differences of opinion in a mature, respectful way
2. Pick your battles. Not everything needs to turn into an argument. In fact, you'll be a lot happier in the long run if you cool off and walk away.
3. Remember that even though you have your differences, your parents still love you and would be devastated if anything bad happened to you. Seriously. You can act like that isn't true, but deep down, I think you know it is.
4. Whenever your folks are stressing you out, keep in mind that in a couple of years this'll all fade away and you'll be able to make decisions for yourself. You're not trapped in this forever. Be patient.
How To Get Along With Your Parents
Does it feel like you and your parents just can't see eye to eye? Are you always fighting with them about YOUR life? Is all the arguing and butting heads stressing you out? Follow these steps to find some peace.
1. Make a list of the things that you and your parents fight about the most.
2. Identify what it is that gets you so upset or angry - are you mad that your parents disagree with you, or are you upset that they can't/won't see your point of view?
3. Decide on a FAIR compromise - a resolution that you can live with and that you think your parents' will accept. NOTE: A compromise means you give up some of your demands - it does not mean that you get your way.
4. Write down your proposed compromise and read it aloud at least three times to see how it sounds.
5. Set up a time to talk to your parents, do not just bring it up over dinner but make an actual appointment and tell them that you have an important proposal to make.
6. Bring your notes with you to the meeting so you can stay on track if/when emmotions get high. You may even want to consider reading the note to your parents like a speech.
7. Before talking to your parents, take a few deep breaths and think calming thoughts. Make a promise to yourself that you will not raise your voice or get angry even if your parents "turn up the volume."
8. When you have presented your case take another deep breath and let your parents talk. Really listen to what your parents have to say. Even if you do not like what they are saying hold back your anger and keep your ears and mind open.
9. Avoid shutting down or growing frustrated. Avoid interrupting them or jumping in with a rebuttal. Just listen and absorb what they say.
10. If your parents reject your proposal, stay focused and avoid getting emmotional. Thank them for their time and express your disappointment that you could not reach a compromise.
11. If your parents accept your proposal, be grateful and assure them that you will not let them down. Then do everything necessary to show them they made the right decision in going along with you.
12. Whatever the outcome, be sure to do what your parents ask of you. By going along with their wishes you build trust and show your maturity which in turn may make them more willing to relax their stand at a future date.
13. If the topic is a very sensitive one and you still can't see eye to eye, ask your parents what they need from you in order for them to consider your proposal.
14. Make a vow to give them what they need and ask them if you can agree to revisit the subject in a few weeks time.
15. If the outcome disappoints you, do not throw a fit. Go to your room and write your feelings in a journal or go outside and ride your bike or punch a pillow to blow off steam.

Malaysia is a fabulous country because of the treasures such as beautiful calming island, various culture and tradition, originality of the citizen and the variety of festival. In spite of the attractiveness, people hardly come to Malaysia nowadays due to the negative attitude of most Malaysian and the lack of law enforcement from the government.

These attitudes do give bad image to our country.
On the other hand, people in nation are not the only party that should be blamed. The government should pay their role in order to attract tourist to come and visit Malaysia. The government should provide more budgets to improve the facilities and public accommodation. They also should be more stricter in law enforcement toward various type of crime. They are not supposed to watch the crime increasing day by day instead they should take their action right now.
